About the Company

Salute delivers advanced data center infrastructure services to clients around the world. The company focuses on sustainable solutions, dependable delivery, and strong customer support. It is expanding its commercial team and is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who can help strengthen relationships with hyperscale clients.

Role Summary

This position is centered on contract redlining, finalizing agreements, and making sure documents are ready for execution. The role partners closely with Commercial Management, Legal, Finance, and business teams to ensure that approved positions are reflected accurately, key risks are escalated when needed, and all documentation is complete, compliant, and ready for signature. Success in this role means improving contract quality and turnaround time while maintaining strong control over deviations, approvals, and contractual risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and redline commercial agreements such as master service agreements, statements of work, amendments, and related documents.
  • Drive final-papering activities so negotiated terms are captured correctly and receive internal approval before signing.
  • Work with Legal, Commercial, Finance, Compliance, and business leadership to resolve and track material risk positions.
  • Verify that documents follow approved fallback language, signatory authority requirements, and company contracting standards.
  • Handle version control, execution packets, and signature-readiness across several active transactions at once.
  • Keep thorough records of drafts, negotiated edits, final signed agreements, and any departures from standard terms.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and dispute resolution by maintaining organized, retrievable contract records.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Managers to move agreements through efficiently while preserving visibility into obligations and risk.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, paralegal support, or a similar commercial contracting function.
  • Solid understanding of contract layout, redlining, spotting issues, and execution controls.
  • Proven ability to manage several document workflows at the same time with careful version discipline and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with legal counsel, commercial teams, and internal approvers in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in legal, business, or contract management work.
  • Experience supporting high-volume commercial contracting in services, outsourcing, facilities, or operations-driven settings.
  • Familiarity with compliance reviews, approval matrices, and enterprise document repository practices.
  • Ease in handling non-standard terms, escalation scenarios, and deadline-driven execution processes.

Benefits

  • 8 company-paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, and paid time off.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage available from day 1; coverage starts on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment.
  • Employee Assistance Program available to all employees, including those not enrolled in the benefits package.
  • Employer-supported 401(k) with immediate 100% vesting, a 3% employer match, and a 50% match on the next 2%.
  • Access to HSA support, mental health resources, and gym discounts.
  • Discounted group programs for legal services, home and auto insurance, pet insurance, and identity theft protection.
  • Health, dental, vision, HSA, mental health support, discounted group life and AD&D, discounted short- and long-term disability, retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave are included in the compensation and benefits package.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role within the United States.
