Composite and Structural Fabrication Assistant (Part-time, 4 hours/week)

Role overview

SAY Carbon Yachts is hiring a part-time team member to support composite and structural work on yacht components in Wangen im Allgäu, Baden-Württemberg. The role focuses on hands-on production tasks with carbon fiber and related materials.

What you will do

• Turn carbon fiber into durable, high-strength parts.
• Help produce a range of large and small yacht components together with the team.
• Carry out sanding, bonding, and laminating work based on construction specifications.
• Assist with mold construction, hull and deck lay-up, and processes such as vacuum infusion.

Work schedule

This position is planned for 4 hours per week.

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a boat builder and already gained practical experience.
• As an alternative, a skilled craft background is also suitable, especially if you have experience as a model maker.

• Good German language skills are required.
