This position is for a Clinical Associate who will contribute to the planning, delivery, and oversight of clinical trials. The role supports the progression of new therapies and treatments through accurate study execution and cross-functional coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Help plan, run, and track clinical trials while making sure study procedures follow protocol expectations, regulatory rules, and industry standards.
- Organize study-related work such as site start-up, patient recruitment, data gathering, and monitoring visits so information is captured on time and documented correctly.
- Work closely with teams across Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics to keep trial activities moving successfully.
- Keep study files and records complete and up to date, in line with applicable regulations and internal operating procedures.
- Assist with study close-out tasks, including data review and cleaning, analysis support, and preparation of clinical study reports.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Prior exposure to clinical research or healthcare is required, ideally in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environment.
- Strong planning and time-management ability, with confidence handling multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Clear communication and strong people skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and build effective working relationships with study teams and sites.
