Role overview
Meta’s Global Business Group is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to act as a strategic advisor to major eCommerce advertisers. The position combines strong platform knowledge with analytical thinking to help clients deliver measurable outcomes across Meta’s advertising ecosystem, including performance marketing, app promotion, and measurement tools. You will guide clients by turning business goals into evidence-based media plans and improving campaigns to support growth for both the client and Meta.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside Client Partners to shape and implement advertising plans that produce measurable outcomes on Meta’s platform.
- Own relationships with important clients and serve as their main contact for media optimization, strategy discussions, and measurement support.
- Review performance data from several sources, extract practical insights, and share clear recommendations with client teams.
- Plan and manage experimentation programs, including conversion lift studies and other advanced measurement approaches, then convert the results into optimization actions.
- Teach clients how to use Meta’s ad products, recommended practices, and new platform features to strengthen partnerships.
- Lead forward-looking media and measurement strategy, including setup, pacing, and continuous optimization to improve results and increase spend.
- Handle account operations such as fixing delivery issues, updating account settings, and escalating technical problems when required.
- Partner with internal teams such as sales, product, and data science to coordinate complex workstreams and deliver integrated solutions.
- Create and present data-backed stories, custom analyses, and strategic advice to stakeholders at different seniority levels.
- Stay curious, adapt quickly, and contribute effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Approach challenges proactively, solve problems logically, and frame recommendations clearly so clients can make informed decisions.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and business development support.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or another highly data-driven setting such as finance, data science, or consulting.
- Hands-on experience organizing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to develop actionable business insights.
- Track record of presenting data-led recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including client stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple workstreams.
- Background in influencing client or partner decisions through consultative selling and insight-based business cases.
Preferred qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in performance marketing or a similar data-intensive environment such as finance, data science, or consulting.
- Working knowledge of Meta’s advertising products, including campaign management, audience targeting, and measurement tools.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve or redesign workflows and achieve measurable gains such as better efficiency or quality.
- Active development of AI skills, including prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration, along with awareness of emerging AI technologies.
- Experience using SQL or similar data-querying tools to pull and manipulate advertising performance data.
- Experience designing and evaluating media experiments such as incrementality testing and attribution analysis.
- Understanding of responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk review, bias reduction, and quality/accuracy checks.

Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this role is between $87,000 and $131,000 per year, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits available. Final compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits are offered in addition to base pay.
