About the Role
Prowin Properties LLC is seeking a sharp, professional, and presentable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO in managing daily business operations. The successful candidate will possess exceptional coordination, communication, and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to handle diverse tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's daily administrative and executive duties.
- Document meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between various internal departments and external investors.
- Oversee client interactions, track business communication, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
- Provide operational and reporting assistance to the CEO.
- Ensure seamless coordination and progress tracking for all ongoing projects and company activities.
Requirements
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking and communication capabilities.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced professional setting.
- Previous experience in executive coordination or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Must be a current resident of Dubai.
Working Hours
The standard working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.
