Category & Campaign Coordinator

About the opportunity

This is a short-term assignment lasting 6 to 8 weeks, based in Ellerslie. The role supports both campaign coordination and category administration for the brand.

What you will do

• Manage the coordination of promotional campaigns, catalogues, supplier communications, and marketing materials.
• Partner with internal teams and external contacts to help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and within deadlines.
• Assist with category administration tasks, including maintaining product data accuracy, handling supplier communication, supporting promotional offers, and helping with product launches.
• Handle supplier funding administration, coordinate supplier invoices, and support campaign reporting and tracking.

What you will bring

You’ll ideally have prior experience in a coordination-based position, with useful exposure to marketing, brand, or campaign support work. Strong administrative ability and a high level of accuracy are essential, along with the capacity to juggle several priorities in a busy environment. Confidence with Excel is important, as is the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. An interest in beauty, retail, or marketing, together with clear communication skills and a proactive approach, will help you succeed in the role.
