Responsibilities

• Find and approach prospective clients to support business development efforts.
• Manage cargo movement across air, sea, and land transport networks.
• Make sure shipments are processed and delivered within the expected timelines.
• Prepare shipping documentation and confirm customs-related paperwork is accurate.
• Monitor shipment status and keep customers informed with regular updates.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, and clients.
• Maintain adherence to cargo regulations and internal operational standards.
• Resolve operational challenges and address any shipment discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Competence with MS Office, logistics software, or ERP platforms.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of cargo documentation and logistics processes.
• Self-driven, proactive, and focused on results.

Language Requirements

English is mandatory. Tamil or Tagalog, along with other additional languages, is preferred.
