Role Overview
This position is centered on creating new business pipeline through outbound prospecting while also qualifying high-priority inbound interest such as demo requests and sales enquiries. The role sits at the front of the sales process and is expected to contribute strongly to top-of-funnel growth, outreach execution and future progression within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently create sales opportunities each month.
- Meet core activity targets, including 90+ outbound calls per day, 450+ prospects sequenced per day, and 20 LinkedIn tasks per week.
- Prospect into target accounts using cold calls, email outreach and tailored LinkedIn engagement.
- Respond quickly to marketing-qualified leads to ensure a smooth customer and prospect experience.
- Work closely with Account Executives to improve conversion, support sales motions and help drive team success.
- Contribute new outreach sequences for the company’s ideal customer profiles.
- Stay committed to personal development, accept coaching well and work with a strong growth mindset to exceed targets.
What the Company Is Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role.
- At least 1 year of experience with cold calling prospects.
- Experience generating pipeline from new logo accounts.
- Evidence of exceeding goals for at least one quarter.
- Strong drive, resilience and ambition to grow within a sales career.
- Experience using Outreach or Salesloft is advantageous.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) is advantageous.
