About the Role
This position is for a Business Development Executive focused on high-level outreach. The work is centered on building meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers such as founders and CXOs, rather than mass cold emailing. The role is based in a fully remote work-from-home setup and calls for 1 to 2 years of experience.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with C-suite leaders in retail and other sectors and encourage responses.
- Use LinkedIn, email, and thoughtful outreach methods to open conversations without relying on spam.
- Convert those conversations into demos, meetings, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the team to improve product positioning and sales messaging.
- Develop a pipeline that stays active beyond the first follow-up.
- Test, refine, and adapt outreach approaches as needed rather than depending on rigid scripts.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- You bring 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or outreach.
