Qualifications

Required capabilities

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting tools, data analysis platforms, and visualization software.
• Working knowledge of SQL, database fundamentals, business intelligence tools, statistical methods, and data handling practices is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex findings in a simple way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good organization and time management skills with the ability to balance several priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of forecasting, performance measurement, BI frameworks, data governance, process improvement, and decision-support systems is highly useful.
