Business Analyst

About the Role

This position is for a Business Analyst who can assess how the organization works today, spot areas where performance can be improved, and turn business needs into practical actions. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into insights that support informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business needs and turn them into precise, usable requirements.
• Carry out research, map processes, and document workflows clearly.
• Spot gaps in systems or operations and recommend practical improvements.
• Work with teams across functions to help deliver projects successfully.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Assess project results and check that they stay aligned with business objectives.
• Assist with data analysis and decision-making using relevant tools.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a closely related area is required.
• Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are important.
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering and formal documentation is needed.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is expected.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are essential.
• The role requires comfort working in a fast-moving environment with several priorities at once.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum ways of working.
• Experience using process improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong ability to build presentations and prepare reports.
