Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will help keep warehouse operations running efficiently in a fast-moving setting. The role calls for strong analytical thinking, comfort with daily operational challenges, and the ability to use modern technology to improve logistics outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review operational performance data and build automated reporting formats.
- Carry out detailed SKU-level analysis to improve productivity in an automated picking environment.
- Produce qualitative insights and business recommendations.
- Convert raw numerical data into accurate and meaningful reports.
- Use analytical problem-solving and system planning to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Support efforts to improve and maximise customer efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Access.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or process analysis.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Background in an automated retail warehouse environment.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving capability.
- Experience in a 3PL setting with solid warehouse knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with a self-driven approach.
- Sound operational judgement and the ability to contribute to innovation.
- Resilience and the capacity to stay positive and energised under pressure.
