Role Overview

The Barback role supports busy bar operations by helping bartenders keep service running smoothly. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked bar areas while contributing to a fast, upbeat, guest-friendly environment. The ideal candidate brings energy, positivity, and the ability to move quickly under pressure.

Key Duties

• Prepare the bar before service, keep it supplied during service, and complete breakdown tasks after service while assisting bartenders as needed.
• Keep the bar environment clean and orderly, including counters, sinks, tools, shelves, glassware, and storage spaces, and help clear and reset tables in the bar area.
• Prepare drink garnishes and refill snacks and appetizers for bar guests.

Requirements

• Bring a positive attitude, collaborate well with support staff, and contribute as a dependable team player.
• Be at least 21 years old and have familiarity with common drink recipes and spirits.
• Communicate clearly with managers, coworkers, and guests.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods and handle occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
