What you’ll do

• Follow food safety rules, operating procedures, health and safety standards, and company policies and programs.
• Assist customers and respond to bakery-related needs in a helpful and professional way.
• Keep the bakery work area tidy, organized, and ready for use.
• Take and process customer bakery orders.
• Carry out product presentation, merchandising, and program execution tasks.
• Prepare and handle bakery products as required.
• Help drive sales by promoting bakery items in store.
• Support training for newer or junior teammates when needed.
• Order and receive stock following inventory control procedures.
• Monitor and process department shrink.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
