Shift Pattern

The roster runs from Monday to Sunday, with hours from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Role Overview

As a Baker, you’ll use your passion for baking to produce fresh, high-quality goods for customers each day. You’ll work in a busy, energetic environment alongside a team that shares knowledge, supports development, and helps each other build stronger skills and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused service through the brand’s everyday service principles, creating products and experiences people enjoy and return for.
• Maintain strict standards of food safety and hygiene, keeping work areas clean, well-organised, and ready for inspection.
• Support team performance and help foster a workplace culture built on wellbeing, resilience, and collective success.
• Keep building your own baking expertise and leadership capability through ongoing learning and curiosity.
• Work effectively in a high-pressure bakery setting, managing physical tasks, busy pace, and tight deadlines with confidence.

Required Background

• A recognised baking qualification or an equivalent level of industry experience.
• Previous experience working in a fast-moving bakery environment.
