About the role
INFUSE is a demand generation company that supports B2B organizations with audience, buyer, and account engagement solutions designed to help them reach their objectives. The Marketing team is hiring a B2B Content Writer with a solid background in producing long-form B2B assets and the strategic thinking to shape content that performs. This position is remote and contract-based.
What you'll be doing
You will create a mix of long-form and short-form B2B content for different channels and audiences. The work will include in-depth assets such as eBooks, whitepapers, guides, and articles, as well as newsletters, marketing emails, LinkedIn posts, and thought leadership content for senior executives.
The role requires you to think carefully about the target audience, the buyer journey, and the argument you want to build. You should be able to handle multiple industries, adapt tone and structure across formats, and consistently deliver polished work within deadlines.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate brings strong writing ability, close attention to detail, and a proven portfolio that shows versatility across long-form and short-form B2B content. Native-level English or at least C1 proficiency is required. You should also have 2+ years of B2B writing experience, experience with ghostwriting for executives, strong research skills, and the ability to turn complex source material into clear, persuasive content.
Additional experience with technical writing, SEO, WordPress publishing/editing, and writing across multiple industries would be an advantage. The company also values active use of AI tools to improve workflows, quality, and efficiency, not just basic prompting.
Additional information
Applicants are expected to share at least two writing samples so the team can review writing style and approach. The hiring process is human-led and may include application review, a video interview, a short test or project, and then a live interview with the hiring manager and/or the interview team. Final conversations about an offer happen only after a live meeting or Zoom discussion. Interviews are not conducted through text message, Telegram, or similar channels.
