About the role

This is a great chance to move into a leadership pathway. The Availability (Nightfill) 3IC works alongside the Availability 2IC and the Availability Manager to keep the store looking sharp and fully stocked during hours that have minimal impact on shoppers.

The focus of the position is presentation, merchandising, replenishment, and recovery, all of which must be completed within tight time constraints. Strong leadership is important, and the role requires availability for evening shifts.

Working hours

The roster for this position is Friday to Monday, from 6:00pm to 2:30pm.

What the role involves

• Supporting the Availability 2IC and Availability Manager with nightly store operations
• Assisting with product presentation and merchandising standards
• Replenishing stock efficiently during evening hours
• Carrying out recovery work so the store is ready for customers
• Working within strict deadlines to maintain store standards
• Helping ensure customers can easily find what they need and leave satisfied

About you

You should bring some retail background, a strong sense of leadership, and a genuine commitment to customer experience. Clear communication skills are also important for success in this role.
