Architectural Designer (Vectorworks)

Role Overview

This is a contract opportunity for an Architectural Designer with Vectorworks experience. The assignment is fully remote and involves working on architectural and CAD tasks for an AI-focused workflow.

Compensation is set at $20 to $65 per hour, with a weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Use architectural and CAD expertise to evaluate and produce design data in Vectorworks.
• Prepare, check, and mark up digital drawings, 3D models, and rendering work with a high level of accuracy.
• Work with layers, BIM, and CAD workflows to keep project files and assets organized and efficient.
• Apply knowledge of architectural standards and design processes to support AI model training.
• Provide concise written and spoken feedback to help improve AI system development.
• Coordinate with the client’s team so deliverables align with the required technical and design expectations.

Requirements

• Working understanding of Vectorworks for 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering.
• Ability to organize and manage layers within Vectorworks projects.
• Strong foundation in architecture basics, design principles, and CAD workflows.
• Basic knowledge of BIM concepts and working standards.
• Capability to independently build straightforward projects in Vectorworks.
