Architect Drafter

Role Overview

RemoteVA PH is looking for an Architect Drafter who can support the creation of Site Safety Plans across a variety of projects. The role suits someone who is meticulous, imaginative, and motivated by the opportunity to help improve the safety and overall quality of architectural work. Strong experience with AutoCAD is essential, and familiarity with Revit and SketchUp will be valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with architects and project managers to produce Site Safety Plans using AutoCAD.
• Prepare drafting work in a way that aligns with applicable safety rules and standards.
• Use Revit and SketchUp to improve coordination and present project ideas more clearly.
• Contribute during design reviews, especially on items connected to safety and plan quality.

Requirements

• Background as an Architect Drafter, ideally with direct exposure to Site Safety Plan work.
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is required; experience with Revit and SketchUp is preferred.
• Good knowledge of safety requirements and sound drafting practices in architectural projects.
• High precision and careful attention to detail when producing technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.

Working Arrangement

This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines. The working schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, which corresponds to 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time. The position allows you to work from home.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary of USD 700.
