About the role
ViewQwest is hiring an Analyst, Digital Transformation to support organisation-wide change and operational enhancement efforts. In this role, you will work with senior colleagues to review how work gets done, contribute to transformation projects, and help put practical solutions in place that lift efficiency and effectiveness across the business. This position is well suited to someone eager to build a career in digital transformation within a fast-moving telecommunications environment.
What you will do
- Study current business processes to spot inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and other opportunities for improvement.
- Gather information and document process details in partnership with different teams.
- Map workflows and convert operational needs into clear process documentation.
- Support the coordination and progress tracking of digital transformation initiatives so they stay on schedule.
- Keep an eye on timelines, action points, and follow-ups to assist wider project management activities.
- Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and progress updates for internal stakeholders.
- Help roll out new processes and systems by coordinating communication and training materials.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts to help change initiatives land smoothly.
- Assist in reviewing technology options that align with business transformation goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to help integrate new tools and systems into existing workflows.
- Stay familiar with internal platforms and look for opportunities to automate or improve processes.
- Collect, organise, and analyse data to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures accurately and thoroughly.
- Update process documentation as improvements are introduced.
- Help develop process maps and reference materials for use across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a focus on process improvement.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with project management or process mapping tools such as Visio, Jira, or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Exposure to data analytics tools, automation platforms, or improvement methods such as CI, LEAN, or Six Sigma is a plus.
