Role Overview
Loud Ads is seeking a motivated and target-driven Agency Field Executive to support its expanding outdoor advertising operations in Kozhikode. The role is focused on fieldwork, site acquisition, coordination, and deal closure related to hoarding and billboard spaces.
Core Responsibilities
- Source suitable hoarding and billboard sites through field visits and local market exploration.
- Negotiate purchase and rental terms with property owners and other stakeholders.
- Take care of paperwork, records, and related follow-up to keep transactions moving smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant role.
- Minimum qualification of Plus Two / 12th pass or higher.
- Good verbal communication and persuasive negotiation ability.
