Role overview
StarHub is looking for an Account Executive to support its Media Solutions business in Singapore. The role focuses on growing revenue across assigned industries by working directly with decision-makers and media agency partners.
What you will do
- Create plans and sales strategies to deliver both project-based and annual revenue goals for the assigned market segments.
- Build new business from current accounts and uncover additional opportunities, then present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals against sales targets.
- Develop a strong grasp of client industry needs so you can tailor offerings and win revenue across programme sponsorships, full-funnel packages, events, digital advertising, and partner collaborations.
- Maintain close, trusted relationships with clients and partners, and take the lead on client-facing tent-pole events and solution planning.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, competitive insights, and feedback in a timely manner to support business analysis, development, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to make sure client needs are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience in media or advertising sales.
- Working knowledge of the CTV, OTT, and streaming ecosystem.
- Familiarity with first-party data analytics and how it supports sales solutions.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Strong independent contributor who works well in a transparent and collaborative environment.
- Proven history of meeting sales targets and generating new business.
