Role overview
This position is suited to someone who enjoys engaging customers directly, building new business, and strengthening existing accounts. You will work within a territory-based sales structure, partnering with small and medium enterprise customers and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular in-person engagement across an assigned geographic territory.
- Work with the existing SME customer base to uncover opportunities and help expand their businesses.
- Generate profitable new revenue by prospecting and developing a healthy sales pipeline within your territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share market insight, support customer needs, and improve client outcomes.
- Handle key account support activities, including complaints, claims, issue resolution, and other contract-based service obligations.
- Provide proactive account management by resolving problems quickly and delivering on committed service standards.
- Act as a trusted customer advisor by building long-term partnerships and creating solutions that add value to the customer’s business.
