By automating routine HR processes, the system supports smoother operations and better productivity. The mobile self-service app also allows employees to complete HR tasks conveniently while away from their desks.
Role Summary
This position focuses on generating revenue through sales, bringing in new clients, and managing deals from first contact through to closure. The Account Executive will handle prospecting, demonstrations, follow-ups, closing, and ongoing client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and engage potential customers through targeted outreach.
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and maintain consistent follow-up communication.
- Present the product through demos and sales presentations.
- Own the sales process end to end until the deal is closed.
- Keep the sales pipeline active and updated.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support prospects with timely follow-ups and post-sale assistance.
- Work with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track market developments and competitor activity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Suggest improvements to sales approach and strategy.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in software or SaaS sales.
- Good grasp of the full sales cycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation ability.
- Must be based in Accra.
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related subject.
