Role overview
Hyatt Centric The Liberties Dublin is hiring an Accommodation Assistant to join its award-winning team. The position focuses on keeping guest bedrooms and shared hotel areas clean, well-presented, and maintained to a high standard.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms and public spaces so they remain clean, tidy, and presented to a consistently high standard, while checking that room fixtures and equipment are functioning properly.
- Escalate repair needs, faults, and any health or safety concerns to the maintenance team.
- Complete all required checklists before the end of each shift.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, with particular attention to environmental requirements.
- Respond to guest needs promptly, courteously, and with a service-minded approach.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience or similar exposure is an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of hygiene practices, cleaning standards, and health and safety guidelines.
- Comfort with physically active work, including lifting and bending.
- Strong guest-service orientation.
- Legal permission to work in Ireland.
