About the Internship

This remote internship is centered on business development and sales support for an agri-business consulting firm that works with agri-input companies to help them expand market reach. The organization focuses on closing the communication gap between rural customers and agri-input businesses by combining rural marketing know-how with execution on the ground. The role is designed for candidates who are interested in customer interaction, market research, and growth-oriented field activities carried out in a work-from-home setup.

What You Will Do

• Interact with retailers and customers to understand needs and build relationships.
• Gather customer feedback and local market intelligence.
• Assist the team with business development initiatives.
• Support retailer onboarding and activation efforts.
• Take part in market surveys and field research assignments.
• Spot opportunities to improve customer engagement.
• Contribute to pilot launches and growth-focused activities.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 20 June 2026 and 25 July 2026, and can commit to a 2-month internship. Preferred Academic Background

Candidates currently studying MBA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Tech, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Business Analytics may apply. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in business development are also eligible.

Compensation and Benefits

The stipend is structured with a fixed component of INR 8,000 to 15,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 2,000 to 5,000 per month, making the overall monthly payout INR 10,000 to 20,000. On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is INR 200000 to 360000.
