About the Company

The employer is a U.S.-based cannabis business that manages 18 dispensaries across five states and is known for award-winning cultivation. The Ahmedabad team is being built to handle backend support work such as analytics, accounting, and marketing.

Role Overview

This position is for a full-stack web developer who can work across both client-side and server-side development. The role focuses on building engaging, scalable, and well-structured websites that deliver strong performance, a polished user experience, and modern responsive design.

Key Responsibilities

Create fast, responsive, and easy-to-use websites based on UI/UX designs.
Develop custom websites, landing pages, and interactive digital experiences.
Work closely with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver integrated web solutions.
Improve site speed, search visibility, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers.
Connect websites with APIs, third-party services, analytics, and marketing tools.
Diagnose issues, maintain websites, and keep improving performance, security, and functionality.

Required Technical Strengths

Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
Practical experience with React.js and Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
Working knowledge of WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, Elementor, WooCommerce, and site customization.
Understanding of Node.js, REST APIs, and database basics such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Experience using Git and GitHub in a modern development workflow.
Good grasp of responsive design, accessibility, security, and cross-browser standards.
Awareness of Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, website tuning, and performance optimization.
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and manage development work from idea through deployment.
Exposure to hosting setups, cPanel, domain handling, and deployment processes will be an added plus.
