Role overview
This opportunity is for a Customer Support Executive in a non-voice web chat process for the telecom sector. The role is based in Chennai at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns through email, chat, and web chat channels.
- Resolve customer issues in a prompt and practical manner.
- Provide support through English chat communication.
Candidate profile
- Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience in non-voice support, such as email handling or chat-based operations.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are needed.
- Basic understanding of telecom-related processes is expected.
- Good typing ability is required.
- Ability to draft emails professionally is necessary.
Eligibility and shift details
- Any graduate can apply; both undergraduate and postgraduate candidates are eligible.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in any BPO is mandatory.
- Work shifts run within a 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM window, with a 9-hour rotational shift assigned within that range.
Compensation
- Annual CTC is 21,000, with take-home pay of 17,000.
