About the Opportunity

This position is with a fast-growing logistics and trading organization operating in the UAE import-export space. The business handles warehousing, stock control, and cross-border supply chain activities for retail, industrial, and e-commerce customers. Working from UAE free zone locations, the team focuses on accurate handling of goods, careful storage, documentation accuracy, and timely dispatch while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Accept incoming shipments, verify items on arrival, and record them with the correct paperwork while carrying out quality checks.
• Store and arrange inventory using warehouse management software and barcode scanners so stock can be tracked in real time.
• Prepare outbound parcels and cargo by packing, labeling, and ensuring export paperwork and packaging meet required standards.
• Keep warehouse areas tidy, secure, and compliant with UAE hygiene and safety rules.
• Perform routine stock counts and compare physical quantities against inventory reports, raising differences with supervisors.
• Support cargo movement by assisting with loading and unloading using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and similar equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

The role calls for hands-on warehouse experience, good attention to detail, and familiarity with logistics systems and documentation used in the UAE. Candidates should be comfortable working with stock records, scanning tools, and day-to-day warehouse processes.

Required Skills

• Warehouse management systems such as SAP WM, Oracle WMS, or equivalent platforms
• Use of barcode scanning equipment
• Inventory counting and reconciliation
• Operation of pallet jacks
• UAE logistics and shipping documentation
• Basic Microsoft Excel for data entry, sorting, and filtering

Preferred Experience

• Background in warehouse operations within a UAE free zone
• Understanding of customs clearance processes
• Ability to read and speak Arabic
