The mission

This role is centered on delivering a premium, highly responsive experience to Partyhat’s most valuable users. Rather than simply handling support tickets, you will serve as a dedicated relationship and concierge lead for high-tier stakeholders, helping create a smooth, high-trust experience for the platform’s most important community members. The position calls for strong judgment, constant attentiveness, and comfort operating in the Web3 environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for VIP users, responding quickly and with a personalized approach to their questions and requests.
  • Stay in regular contact with high-value users to understand their experience, share relevant updates, and help keep them engaged with the ecosystem.
  • Take full ownership of complicated issues, coordinating with technical and finance teams when problems such as platform errors or delayed withdrawals need immediate resolution.
  • Guide high-net-worth or high-influence users through onboarding, including platform features and security practices.
  • Bring user concerns, recurring pain points, and feature suggestions back to leadership and product teams as a direct customer voice.
