Position Overview
The Vice President, Business Execution will be accountable for ensuring the company’s business strategy is translated into effective execution. This leader will oversee business planning, operations, major initiatives, and collaboration across functions so that business goals are delivered with quality, supporting revenue growth, stronger operational efficiency, and improved overall performance.
The role is centered on execution strategy, operational control, organizational alignment, and performance discipline. It involves creating an execution framework, operational governance mechanisms, and performance systems that improve coordination across business units and strengthen the company’s ability to deliver mid- and long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Define the business execution approach and build annual execution plans.
- Create a company-wide framework for execution and translate strategic goals into actionable plans across business units.
- Develop execution timelines, milestones, and monitoring methods to track progress and measure results.
- Support the achievement of business and operational objectives.
- Lead the implementation of annual operating plans and monitor performance against revenue, business, and profit targets.
- Set up operational review and analysis routines to guide management decisions.
- Drive priority operational initiatives and improve overall efficiency.
- Manage the daily functioning of business units and improve processes, systems, and management controls.
- Allocate business resources effectively and raise execution quality and speed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- MBA, EMBA, or another relevant master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 25 years of experience in business management, operations management, or strategic execution.
- Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role such as Director, Vice President, or General Manager.
- Experience leading large organizations, multiple business units, or operations across regions.
- Background in corporate strategy execution and organizational management.
- Prior exposure to multinational companies or industry-leading organizations is an advantage.
- Strong corporate management skills, business judgment, and decision-making ability.
- Proven ability in strategic implementation, operational leadership, project delivery, and process improvement.
- Comfort working with business data, performance metrics, and operational analysis.
- Strong capability in risk management, cross-functional coordination, and resource integration.
