Role overview
This opportunity is for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in C2C hiring and collaboration with implementation partners. The position is based in Hyderabad and requires working the US night shift. The hiring team is especially interested in candidates with TCS experience.
What you will do
- Identify, screen, and hire IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles in the US market.
- Partner closely with implementation partners, prime vendors, and tier-1 vendors to source suitable openings and submit strong profiles.
- Handle the recruitment process end to end, from sourcing candidates to final placement.
- Use platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, professional networks, and internal databases to find talent.
- Develop and nurture relationships with consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Check candidate technical fit, work authorization, availability, and rate expectations.
- Negotiate billing/rates and schedule interviews between clients and consultants.
- Monitor submissions, interview progress, placements, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM systems.
- Follow up with consultants and vendors for interview feedback and placement updates.
- Ensure all recruitment actions follow company process and documentation standards.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Hands-on exposure to C2C hiring and working with implementation partners.
- Working knowledge of US work authorization types such as H1B, GC, USC, TN, EAD, OPT, and CPT.
- Experience hiring for technologies like Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Prior use of ATS tools and VMS platforms is an advantage.
- An existing network of implementation partners and vendors will be helpful.
Performance expectations
- Number of qualified profiles submitted.
- Ratio of interviews converted to placements.
- Quality of vendor and consultant relationship management.
- Revenue-producing placements.
- Turnaround time for filling open roles.
