Job overview
Lorven Technologies is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter for its Trichy, Tamil Nadu office. This is a full-time position for someone who can manage the complete recruitment cycle for US-based IT requirements and who understands the US hiring landscape well. Female candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT openings, from sourcing to closure.
- Find suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
- Review profiles, evaluate suitability against client needs, and create a shortlist.
- Schedule interviews and stay in touch with both candidates and clients throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a healthy database of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Good working knowledge of US staffing practices and hiring workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals and applicant tracking systems.
- Female candidates preferred.
