Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer position in Greater London. The selected candidate will shape user-facing experiences by producing mockups, building prototypes, researching user needs, and designing clear and intuitive interfaces. The role also requires close partnership with cross-functional teams so that design work supports product objectives and results in a polished user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create mockups and prototype concepts that clearly communicate design ideas.
• Design user interfaces that are easy to navigate, visually strong, and aligned with product needs.
• Carry out user experience research to inform design decisions and improve usability.
• Work with product and other internal teams to ensure design solutions fit business and product goals.
• Use a user-centered approach to solve design problems and refine the overall experience.

Required Qualifications

• Strong ability to develop mockups and prototypes to present design direction effectively.
• Solid background in visual design and user experience design principles.
• Exposure to front-end development, with the ability to help connect design and implementation.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is an added advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with different teams.
