Requirements
- Relevant qualification and work experience in facility management or building operations and maintenance projects in Gulf countries.
- Diploma or I.T.I. qualification.
- Background in Electrical or a related specialization.
- Experience range of 5 to 8 years.
- Ability to communicate in English or Arabic.
- Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems, BMS, circuit diagram reading, electrical testing equipment, soldering, troubleshooting, component identification, wiring and cabling, and safety procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary is negotiable in Saudi Riyals. The employer provides food allowance, accommodation, transportation, and overtime benefits.
