The executive will handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat while providing technical assistance, mainly for software and system-related issues. The position requires a strong service mindset, clear English communication, and the ability to explain technical topics in a simple way.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers over phone, email, or chat with technical and service-related queries.
• Investigate reported issues, identify the root cause, and guide users toward a resolution.
• Close technical problems quickly and effectively.
• Help customers with software setup, installation, and version upgrades.
• Maintain records of customer cases in the ticketing platform.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved within the required timeline.

Candidate profile

The employer is open to candidates from any graduate or postgraduate background, including B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, and BA. Strong verbal and written English communication is essential, along with a good grasp of computer systems and networks. The role suits candidates who are patient, empathetic, service-oriented, and comfortable explaining technical matters to non-technical users. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation and benefits

The package goes up to 4.50 LPA, and monthly incentives may reach 5,000. Additional benefits include five working days per week, 10 days of accommodation, a relocation bonus of 10,000, and free pick-and-drop cab service.
