Store Manager

Role Overview

Panda Express is looking for an experienced leader to oversee one store location in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be accountable for the day-to-day operation of the store, including leading associates, supporting business performance, and making sure guests receive a consistently excellent experience.

Workplace Conditions

The environment can be physically demanding and fast paced. Team members may work around heat, steam, food vapors, noise, and limited workspace. The job requires long periods of standing, quick and accurate food preparation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Employees must also be able to reach across 36-inch counters and adapt quickly to changing priorities while communicating effectively and handling difficult situations.
