Role overview
As a Stock Assistant in Aldi Ireland’s Drogheda store, you’ll help keep the shop floor running smoothly, support customers, and make sure shelves are well stocked and products are presented to a high standard. The role sits at the centre of a busy, supportive retail environment where each day can bring different priorities.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving team focused on delivering an excellent shopping experience, from handling incoming deliveries to keeping the store looking tidy, accessible, and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Offer customers helpful, friendly, and efficient service throughout the store.
- Replenish shelves promptly and make sure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Review deliveries and product condition, and remove items that do not meet Aldi’s quality standards.
Skills and experience
- A positive, approachable manner with a willingness to assist both shoppers and colleagues.
- Confidence working quickly to restock products and maintain strong shelf availability.
- A dependable, adaptable attitude suited to a busy retail setting.
- Previous retail experience is beneficial, but it is not required; the right mindset is the priority.

Important information
