About the Role

This position focuses on managing a portfolio of high-value clients, expanding revenue, and building durable client partnerships. The role calls for strong commercial judgment, leadership, and the ability to understand each partner’s business goals in depth. You will also support and guide other account managers to help drive overall client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously learn new AI-powered solutions and share useful practices with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in digital advertising sales, handling valuable client relationships, shaping strategic learning agendas, and managing client communication.
  • Prior work with Greater China export advertisers is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to tell compelling stories and make recommendations backed by data.
  • Strong communication skills and experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem-solving, and platform/product expertise.
  • Technical background with experience in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
  • Experience serving eCommerce and retail advertisers.
  • Fluency in business Mandarin and English.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for campaign monitoring, opportunity spotting, and early issue detection.
  • Willingness to keep up with AI developments and adopt tools that improve outcomes.
  • Comfort with business travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • This role is based in Singapore and requires in-office or customer-facing collaboration about 2 days per week.
