Job Summary

This role supports the administrative and operational setup needed for project launches at Food Whisperer. The person in this position will oversee staff accommodation arrangements, coordinate site preparedness before go-live, and make sure the required facilities, utilities, and supplies are ready for smooth day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and arrange appropriate staff housing or staff rooms near project locations.
  • Work with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to complete furniture, fixture, and utility setup on schedule.
  • Visit sites before launch to confirm readiness in terms of cleanliness, safety, utilities, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, landlords, and service partners to complete administrative work without delays.

  • Create, update, and track site readiness checklists and submission reports for management review.
