Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to shape and run the organization’s social presence across major platforms. The role focuses on building awareness, increasing engagement, and growing the audience through thoughtful planning, content creation, and performance analysis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and implement social media approaches that strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Produce, curate, and oversee polished content for platform-specific channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
- Keep track of social trends, audience patterns, and competitor activity to improve content results.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams so all communication stays consistent with the brand and campaign objectives.
- Organize social media content calendars, coordinate campaign rollouts, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Interact with followers, handle questions and messages, and help maintain an active online community.
- Compile monthly performance reports and share practical recommendations based on analytics.
Requirements
The position calls for a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline, along with prior experience in social media management or digital marketing. Candidates should understand major social platforms, content trends, and analytics, and should be able to write clearly, tell compelling stories, and communicate effectively. Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite is expected.
