Role Overview
We are hiring a creative and driven Social Media Executive to strengthen a brand’s presence across key digital channels. This position is suited to someone who enjoys producing engaging content, spotting trends early, and turning fresh ideas into practical social campaigns. You will help keep social platforms active, relevant, and appealing while contributing to content development and campaign delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Social Media Manager in handling up to three client accounts, including daily coordination, content flow, and communication.
- Work with copywriters, designers, and video editors to brief tasks, monitor progress, and follow up on submissions.
- Track social media trends and account activity, then share timely suggestions to keep content current and engaging.
- Schedule and publish approved posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or comparable platforms.
- Help compile analytics, performance figures, and insights for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Attend client activations and events when needed, contributing to live coverage and basic mobile content capture.
- Keep organized records of feedback from both internal teams and clients, and follow revisions through to completion.
- Join internal meetings and client discussions, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on assigned actions.
- Document any out-of-scope requests clearly and escalate them to the Social Media Manager when necessary.
- Stay informed on updates and new features across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of UAE-based experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong command of English, along with Arabic fluency.
- Background working with corporate, government, or semi-government accounts.
- Practical experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- High attention to detail in content, reporting, and day-to-day communication.
- Ability to juggle several accounts while meeting tight deadlines.
- Comfort using reporting tools such as Sprout or similar systems.
- Working knowledge of content planning and campaign execution.
- Ability to assess copy, visual design, and video content critically.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal ability.
- Ease in working with cross-functional teams such as creative, media, and production.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and task-management skills; familiarity with Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools is preferred.
Work Environment
This is a full-time onsite role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, within a collaborative agency setting that values creativity, agility, and teamwork.
