About the Role
Lexi AI is seeking a social content creator to collaborate on the launch of its AI dating co-pilot for men, which is in its final stage before going live. The role is focused on shaping and producing engaging short-form social media content for multiple accounts across TikTok and Instagram.
What You’ll Be Building
You will help create a content engine designed around Hinge-style conversation B-roll, dating advice, and product demonstration videos. The expectation is for someone who can take ownership of creative delivery and act as a genuine partner in the project, rather than simply completing isolated tasks.
Compensation Model
This is a revenue-share arrangement instead of a fixed payment. There are no shoot fees or upfront charges. You will earn a direct percentage of revenue from the beginning and participate in the product’s growth as it scales.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid instincts for short-form social content, especially for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and CapCut-based workflows.
- Comfort creating content related to dating, relationships, or men’s lifestyle themes.
- A mindset geared toward ownership and long-term collaboration rather than one-off gig work.
- Additional experience with UGC-style mockups, hook writing, or creator/influencer ecosystems is a plus.
