TOO MATCHA. is focused on delivering a premium matcha experience built on authenticity and high quality. Its matcha comes exclusively from Shizuoka, Japan, a celebrated tea-growing area. The brand supports wellness and natural living by offering a nutrient-rich product that fits easily into modern routines, whether in morning lattes or creative food and drink applications.
Role Summary
This is an unpaid internship for a Social Media Content Creator based in Surry Hills, New South Wales, with a hybrid setup that includes some work-from-home flexibility. The role is centred on producing eye-catching social content, supporting marketing activity, and helping the brand grow across social channels.
Key Duties
- Act as a visible brand representative on social media.
- Run and develop Instagram and TikTok accounts by planning content, scheduling posts, writing captions, and publishing consistently across platforms.
- Develop organic and paid creative assets for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that are engaging, inspiring, and original.
- Interact with the online community across channels to build relationships and encourage engagement.
- Track performance, review results, and help shape strategies that increase reach and revenue through social media.
- Manage influencer partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, approval coordination, and performance reporting.
- Take ownership of TikTok strategy and content creation, including filming and editing.

- Strong interest in matcha and the ability to bring personality and product knowledge to content.
- A creative mindset with a steady stream of fresh TikTok ideas and a resourceful approach to producing content.
- Comfort filming behind-the-scenes content and participating in public-facing content formats.
- Fast, fluent use of editing tools such as CapCut or InShot.
- A bubbly, engaging communication style and a strong habit of consuming and creating content regularly.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing well in a collaborative team environment.
- Genuine excitement about working in a startup where growth opportunities are open-ended.
