Arsina Beauty is a bold skincare brand centered on body care and built to stand out online. The team is looking for a creative social-first thinker who understands internet culture, knows how to spark attention, and can help turn the brand into a topic people actively discuss.

What You’ll Be Creating and Coordinating

• Produce attention-grabbing TikTok and Instagram content that fits the brand’s personality.
• Develop content ideas aimed at boosting reach, engagement, shares, and the chance of going viral.
• Test trends, hooks, formats, and audio choices to see what performs best.
• Assist with planning and scheduling content so it matches the brand voice.
• Monitor platform trends, creator culture, and influencer marketing opportunities.
• Work directly with the founders on content direction, campaign ideas, and growth strategies.
• Help shape the brand’s online presence so it becomes highly talkable and memorable.

• A strong sense of social media humor and cultural relevance.
• The ability to tell the difference between content that simply looks polished and content that actually drives results.
• Skill in creating strong hooks that capture attention within the first two seconds.
• Comfort with experimenting, trying unconventional ideas, and pushing creative limits.
• Confidence appearing on camera when needed, including speaking to the audience and joining trends with energy.
• Experience making TikToks, Reels, memes, visuals, and captions.
• Bold communication skills for pitching concepts and moving quickly.
• A portfolio is strongly preferred and will help demonstrate past work.

AI Use Expectations

Applicants may use AI tools thoughtfully to brainstorm, speed up editing, and work more efficiently. However, the company is not seeking someone whose work depends entirely on AI-generated ideas, captions, or concepts. Original thinking must remain central, with AI serving as a support tool rather than a replacement for creativity.
