About the Opportunity
Genus is looking for local Site Support Attendants to support the Parron Wind Farm Project from Badgingarra. This position is not a fly-in/fly-out or site-accommodation role; it requires daily attendance at the worksite. The company is specifically encouraging applications from people living in Cervantes, Jurien Bay, and nearby communities.
Genus has been awarded Design & Construct high-voltage infrastructure works connected to a 330kV High-Capacity Western Power Transmission Terminal Station, covering civil, electrical, and structural components.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Welcome staff and visitors in a friendly and supportive manner
- Drive team members as needed and carry out vehicle inspections, pre-start checks, refuelling, and cleaning
- Keep shared spaces, amenities, offices, and ablution facilities clean and orderly
- Assist with relief administration tasks such as answering calls, preparing documents, filing, and handling general errands
About You
You should be organised, proactive, and service-oriented, with the ability to perform well in a busy site-based environment.
What You Need
- Previous experience in a general hand or cleaning role
- A current C-Class driver’s licence and a valid National Police Clearance
- Strong attention to detail, solid time management skills, and a positive, can-do approach
Desirable Experience
- Background in utilities, construction, or resources
- First Aid Certificate, HR licence, or F-Class endorsement
