Role Overview
KAYRA DESIGN STUDIO is hiring a Site Supervisor in Dubai to oversee day-to-day site execution for interior and fit-out works. The role focuses on coordinating site activity, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring that construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor daily site operations, including subcontractors and site labour.
- Check that all work is carried out in line with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship quality, and site housekeeping.
- Share regular progress updates, issues, and proposed solutions with the Project Manager.
- Track incoming materials as well as how they are used on site.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Diploma or Degree in Civil, Interior, or Architecture is preferred.
- More than 5 years of site supervision experience, specifically in Dubai interior or fit-out projects.
- Good technical understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors at the same time.
