Role Overview
This position is based in Hyderabad and is intended for someone with 0 to 2 years of experience. The role focuses on keeping cafeteria operations running smoothly, supporting client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to maintain service quality.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and track the day-to-day functioning of the cafeteria, including food and beverage service.
- Explain the product offering and respond to questions related to the HungerBox solution.
- Identify client expectations and work with city and central teams to ensure those needs are addressed.
- Handle site-level escalations with support from the operations team and follow through until issues are resolved.
- Conduct daily discussions with the client, share updates on improvements, and help strengthen the relationship.
- Coordinate effectively with food vendors so they comply with company policies and meet the expected service standards.
Requirements
- A background in hospitality or any course related to food and beverage is required.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is important.
- Experience level expected for this role is 0 to 2 years.
