Role overview
This is a permanent full-time role based in Wetherill Park, NSW. The position follows a daytime roster from Monday to Friday, with early starts typically between 5:00 am and 6:00 am. The pay rate is $39.33 plus overtime penalties. Full training is provided, along with company uniforms.
The opportunity
- Operate a company service truck and attend customer locations to deliver on-site service support.
- Clean and maintain equipment such as parts-washers, solvent sinks, turbo-washers and spray gun machines.
- Collect multiple waste streams in 20-litre drums, 60-litre drums, 205-litre drums and 660-litre bins.
- Complete service records and documentation using digital tools such as mobile phone applications.
- Maintain strong customer service standards and work to ensure client satisfaction.
- Be available for early starts and overtime when needed.
About you
- You must hold at least an MR licence.
- You should have a basic understanding of mechanics and the ability to troubleshoot simple issues.
- You may be asked to work away from home on occasion, with accommodation and meals supplied if this arrangement is taken up.
- You need to be physically fit, healthy and able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
- You should demonstrate a strong customer service mindset and a clear commitment to safety.
- Good spoken and written communication skills are required.
