Role overview

The Service Planner / Senior Service Planner will own the full service-planning cycle, keep data accurate, use internal systems effectively, monitor productivity, and work closely with multiple teams to keep service delivery smooth and timely.   • Keep documentation accurate and follow the ticket-driven callout workflow carefully.
  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly technician schedules for contracts, jobbing, renewals, and complaint visits.
  • Plan work to reduce pending service load and support on-time completion.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to fit in urgent visits and handle STOP or termination-related issues.
  • Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and service delivery KPIs on a technician-wise basis.
  • Prepare and share SOS updates every day, week, and month, including GSS SOS.
  • Share regular insights on backlogs, critical issues, ageing cases, and complaint patterns.
  • Support AOM/OM/ABM/BM teams in tracking field KPIs.
  • Coordinate routing, slot planning, and day-to-day adjustments with Sales and Operations.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to higher management when needed.
  • Plan leave in advance so service operations continue without interruption.
